Our spacious suite was spotlessly clean, with modern amenities. Location was perfect-just a short walk to everything!

It had marvellous location near to the sea.

Would want to stay there again and enjoy a good stay. Overall, it's unique base for exploring Venice attractions. Very pleasant, helpful staff, thanks for treating me so well. This hotel has unbeatable and excellent location close to everything. And it's close enough to the sea, the centre and Piazza San Marco.

Suite was beautifully maintained and neat. The venue was in a central location short walk to the airport. Cannaregio district was worth visiting.

Making calls to our car rental agency when the language barrier posed a challenge. The facilities were well maintained, particularly the modern bathroom. I did experience some issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity during peak hours, a bit frustrating.

The check-in process was frustrating since we had to walk a few blocks to reach the reception. It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions to avoid wandering around with our luggage in the rain.

The hotel rooms are modern and well-maintained with the couch and the couch upstairs, for example. The place has a quiet atmosphere. The location is fantastic and exceptionally nice, it's just off the airport as well as Piazza San Marco. Would stay there again on our next trip to Venice.

Don’t have any issues at all!

The location proved really good, just a quick walk to the Rialto Bridge and nearby dining options. The room featured high ceilings, modern amenities, and a touch of historical charm. I appreciated the daily room cleaning, leaving the space super clean. The comfortable bed and pleasant bathroom facilities made for a cozy atmosphere. The small room size made it challenging to unpack. I also noticed some noise from families staying above, which disrupted the tranquility at times. The heater system was inconsistent. It sometimes switched off on its own.
